About

As a versatile naturalist with a passion for the natural world, my work focuses on capturing the intricate beauty of species that are often misunderstood or go unseen. With a specialized knowledge in several fields of biology and identification, my photography brings science and art together.

Being a completely self-taught photographer, I have learned to refine various techniques through experimentation, adapt to different lighting conditions, and develop a unique creative style.

Everything I photograph has been found wild by me, and were handled carefully through years of experience.

A Bit More

From an early age, my fascination with nature drove me to pursue a career in this field. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Natural Resources and Wildlife Technology from Garrett College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Wildlife Biology from Frostburg State University. Growing up and still living in Garrett County, I’ve always loved exploring the rich biodiversity of the Appalachian Plateau and Ridge and Valley regions. I enjoy hiking, camping, and sharing my knowledge with others. I love learning, and I’m constantly looking for ways to broaden my understanding of wildlife and the environment.

My Faith plays a significant role in my work as I seek to glorify Christ through sharing the wonders of His creation. I believe that every living thing on this earth is a testament to His craftsmanship.
